  VISITOR REVIEW

I've eaten at The Stockyard on three occasions now and I have not been disappointed even once. The last trip was when I took my wife there for an anniversary dinner and I could not expect anything better than that dining experience. The atmosphere alone is worth the trip. It's an old converted downtown building and you really get the sense you are in a bad part of town. It's almost like an Oasis in the desert. The food is absolutely marvelous and I've now tried just about everything on the menu. We went all out last time and had steaks and lobster tails. I was really surprised to see a negative review concerning this restaurant and most Nashvillians love everything about it. It is expensive, but for special occasions it is well worth the price in my opinion. Very romantic place to carry that special someone. I highly recommend!
